Crashing during Auto import

So i just go HEM, and last night i started auto import. it got 1/3rd the way done importing then froze. now it crashes everytime i try and import. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, no luck. Exactly what happens is that it says i have 3364 files to process, then window's program not responding comes up, then it goes away. I can still move around the HEM tabs but nothing is importing. HELP! kinda tilting to just have bought hem pro and table ninja and see it not working!

Clear your auto import folders (move all the .txt files to your achive folder)
Run a "import from folder" on your archive folder.

If you still have issues, create a new empty database, and reimport your archive folder.
