Manager of Hud problem?

Not sure what this is. Getting it all the time. Here is the message I get, or the details I should say.

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further

Your settings look fine. Looks like something is locking a file, can you try rebooting your PC and see if that resolves it please

Have done that many times. Defrag'd, spyware scans, the whole 9 yards. STill having the problem

Please follow the instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling .net framework here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=14

If the problem persists uninstall and reinstall PostgreSQL aswell http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=72

And finally backup your config folder in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config then uninstall HoldemManager and delete the RVGSoftware in C:\Program Files and reinstall the Full version from www.holdemmanager.net and update to the latest patch and run HM, only replace your config files after youve tested HM is working first and then copy all your files back to the config folder

Do I have to back anything else up so as to not lose all my info? Or will I have to re import all my hands?

When your reinstalling PostgreSQL just untick Initialise database cluster when you get the the screen where it asks for a username and password the 2nd time. This will reuse the database and the only other thing you need to backup is the config folder in HM which is mentioned above

The two links for uninstall and installing both HEM and Postgre don't work. I get a "page unavailable" all of your other links work fine.

Something more has happened. HEM won't even open. I double click on it and get a "has encountered a problem and needs to shut down"
