Hi there,
I have a problem with HEM concerning importing hands from ongame. My results are simply not right because some hands are missing. This has been happending for some time, I have tried to reimport the hands from the folder where my hands go after they have been imported. This has worked for me once. But today nothing is working and it is pretty annoying, what should I do?

Thanks in advance

Hi This is a known Issue were looking into and we hope to have a resolution soon, in the meantime if you manually import the database (might be archived) then it should pickup the missed hands as the problem seems to only be with auto import this problem happens

Is there any news on this one?
I find it extremely frustrating not being able to record and analyse my hands and results, when I have paid for a program that claims to be compatible with ongame software. As for the software working fine when manually importing, this is simply not true, my results are still wrong.
I really can't stress how annoying this is, and I hope an expect a solution soon.

Oh, and merry christmas :)

Just writing to hear if there is any news on this? Aswell as to say that I think it is slightly insulting that you market your product as supporting ongame, when in fact that is not the case.

Mmm, it seems there is trick which works well to have a 100% import, check this thread: http://208.109.95.123/forum/showthread.php?t=5008&highlight=ramdisk

Tell me if it works.

I have the same problem... and this link doesn't work for me! I mean the link itself won't open! So what's this solution?

Thanks

That was an old workaround solution that is no longer needed. This thread is over a year old. What problems are you having specifically?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmupdate

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to your \hmarchive folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

I have the following problem with Ongame and HEM. I used Vista at my old computer and everything worked normally. At the new computer, however, HEM has begun losing hands when (auto)importing from ongame. The machine has W7 (64bit). Im running HEM and pokersoftware as an administrator and UAC is turned off. Every session seems to lose about 10% of hands, I havent notice no logic in what hands hem discarded. PT3 find all hands when importing them manually after the session, if I try to import missing hands from pt3 to HEM manually (using blank text-file) HEM says: "duplicate hands:1" but the hand cant be found anywhere. Im using the latest beta-version of HEM and I've tried also with other versions with same results.

I tried every tip that fozzy71 gave to wrdrnr without any success. Any help would be appreciated.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Try creating a NEW database, reimporting all hands

Creating a new database seemed to work, thx.
