My laptop freezes when the Auto Break activates.
The screens white over and the error says "not responding".
Yesterday I got raised with top spot when this happened, which is frustrating!
Is there anyway I can avoid this? What causes it?
Would it improve if installed onto my external SSD instead? If so, how should I go about doing that?

Hi Danshiel,
We're working on some internal improvements to reduce the risk of lag points. That said, please submit a message through the Help tab in TB, so we can get your log files and see what is going on; they will be sent automatically.
Thanks,
Adam

I believe that I did this?
Did you receive anything?

Hi Danshiel,
Yes, thank you. A developer is looking into your logs to try to find the issue. I'll let you know what he finds.
Thanks,
Adam
