Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr has over table finder in Cash Game only one table with a HUD. Multitabling is not possible on PKR?

Set it to multiple windows in PKR.

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Site setup and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

At what step does the process fail?

- Are hands being saved?

- Is the correct folder in the site setup?

- Are hands being imported manually?

- Is the time set up correctly?

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock in the picture
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.

If you can not see the 'Waiting for hands...' HUD please try using the Table Finder and then you should be able to use the 'Report a HUD Problem' menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1441/How+is+Table+Finder+utilized+if+the+HUD+does+not+a ppear572

You can sometimes use that Table Finder tool to attach the HUD to tournaments that don't show the HUD automatically while we work on a fix based on the information sent in your hud error report. If so, you will need to use the Table Finder each time you get moved to a new table.

I adjusted the clock as instructed.
Below a image of my PKR tables. The table finder is only detexting one table, as you can see it.

HM1: This is normal for PKR (only having a HUD on one table):



PKR only allows a single HUD to be used. This is because when you multitable all the tables use the same window and we have no way of knowing what hands/players go to what table since there are 4 tables for each window.


This is changed now (PKR software improved, and they now allow a HUD on multiple cash tables), but HM1 support had already stopped. (is he using the latest HM1 build though 1.14.02?)


In HM2:

PKR only has a HUD for 1 STT or MTT table. This is due to the way PKR name the windows it makes it impossible for us to support it. On cash tables HM2 does support multiple tables.

If he wants HUD on more than one cash table he will need to use HM2.
