FTP latest version 1.06.04 rc7
Think more people have this problem since the FTP update.

Ho, ok, here is the reason:

For some people, the last update reset the option to save HH on the HD. Just reconfigure it in the FTP lobby => Options => Hand History...

Also, please update you HM, it's an old version you have:
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

and patch it:
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.07beta.exe

Thanks, that solved it fine.

Didn't solve it for me even after checking all settings and downloading fresh stuff.

Full Tilt software does write the history files where it's supposed to. HM does pick them up and put them into the database and the processed folder. The HUD, however, doesn't see the tables and doesn't display stats.

HM says it's version 1.07.01, but HUD says it's version 1.6.4rc11. Both have just been downloaded from the links above.

Vista x64, if it matters.

Full Tilt seem to have changed the HH folder to a hidden file. Delete the old auto import folder and setup a new one as per this FAQ

"Archive folder" is blank and C:\HMarchive doesn't exist in my computer. It seems like FTP hands are imported, but HUD doesn't work. I have 1.07 version of HM and 1.6.4rc10 of Table Manager.

The fact that mine is on Vista mattered a lot, actually. My problem was that something -- either the upgrade or something else -- blew away the 'run as administrator' setting on the HUD exe file. Changing that back fixed the problem.

C:/HMarchive is created by Holdem Manager not full tilt, full tilt have changed where they store there hand histories so just follow the FAQ to add the new folder

I don't find any "holdemmanager.config" file in my computer.

"C:/HMarchive" neither exists in my computer, so, what do I have to do? What do I have to select as the "Archive Folder"?
I use Windows Vista, by the way.

I'm having the same problem with Poker Stars, stats aren't shown at the tables, and "Start Auto Import" doesn't work, I have to use "Import From Folder" each time I want to import hands.

I have manually created HMarchive and now it seems like everything works well :)

I have a doubt. I downloaded a HUD configuration from the forums, and then I created a new one. But is the first which appears at the table, what do I have to do to see the other one? Thanks.

You have probably conflicts between checked boxes...

Can't post to manager suggestions forum so i post this here...

Annoying "problem" with Fulltilt; when you play sit'n gos or whatever tourneys, HEM won't recognise tables so you have to use table finder.
But the tourney name and the number is so long that you can't see tourney number entirely on table finder window. So when multitabling its difficult to determine right tables to put red square on.

Is it possible to get table finder window or its text box bigger? Best thing of course would be to have HEM automatically recognise all tables...

And for example you play HU sit'n go and tourney is over lets say 6 hands and you have not yet "attached table" using table finder. In this case
table name will stay on "unattached tables" list until you restart HEM. There are probably other scenarios when this also happens since after every
session there is lot of tables on "unattached tables" list, even though full tilt client is closed.

HM generally recognize FTP tables withtout issues.
Can you delete your auto-import folder configuration and recreate a new one: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?topicid=43&faqid=142

That didn't help. Maybe its language issue since my Full TIlt client is Finnish language, not english so tournament table names are shown like this:
...pöytä 1... which equals to: ...table 1...

Is that possible? And if i change to english client, what happens player notes
and how could i back them up?

Please setup FTP as per the FAQ with english language in the FTP lobby: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=142

All the previosu hands in finnish wont be able to be imported however

Hey HEM guys, I am experiencing a bug with v1.07 that I thought would be best to mention here...

If you import hands from a file and then start auto import, your HUD won't pop up. The table manager doesn't launch either. I play on Stars and use XP.

If you close and restart HEM, then start auto import everything is ok. Seems to be some import logic bug.

Works fine for me, are you sure it isnt in the bottom right corner beside the clock where you just need to click the spade icon to maximise it?

You can also go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager and right click the HMHud.exe file and choose send to > desktop and it will create ashortcut on the desktop and you can run it manually from there.

Yes, I'm sure. I uncheck "hide inactive icons" in my taskbar so I can always see icons.

I'll try that. Relaunching the HUD from HEM doesn't work.
