i just downloaded hem and would like to go ahead and purchase it, but i'm worried that something may be wrong. when i try and launch the program the microsoft window opens and says: holdem manager has encountered a problem and needs to close... i tried "repairing" hem as well as restarting my computer, but no success. i'd like to make sure the program will work on my computer (running windows xp) before i go ahead and make my purchase. what has gone wrong??
