View Full Version : Pokerstars replayer hud not working?

I dont know why but for some reason villain stats arent showing up in the replayer it just shows I have 0 hands when in fact I have more. This only happens with hands I've imported from pokerstars. The hands get imported properly and everything and during play the HUD worked fine, but as soon as I check in the replayer nothing shows up

I have about 100 hands on this guy and his stats dont show up at all in the replayer. Is there a way to fix this?

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?


Are you using any of the HUD Options > Additional HUD Filters or Tourney HUD Filters? Try resetting them to default. Try to right-click the Replayer name in the Table Manager window and pick [x] 10 max, or 9max.


If none of that works, try this:

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
