View Full Version : Cloud HUD sticks

Hi,

My cloud hud is very temperamental, sometimes it sticks for a bit, i stop it and start it, exit it resart it and sometimes it just starts working again.

Is this commomn, is it b/c i have a lot of stats on my hud?

If you use one of the default HM Cloud HUD Configs instead of your custom HUD does it still happen? If yes, please try to clear your HUD Settings (http://www.proprofs.com/knowledgebase/view/?t=menu-view-settings) and test the default HUD Configs again. If that solves the problem please try importing your custom HUD config again and see if the problem returns so you can determine if it is specific to, or caused by importing of, that config.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - How do I send a log file to support? If you are using please send us your HM2 prefs.xml file you imported it from and tell us which specific HUD config you are using so we can test it to see if it is HUD specific. Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'prefs'.
