How do you select multiple sessions? Shift and ctrl click don't work for me.

Not possible at the moment due to the filters not been able to filter non consecutive dates and that section has the ability to right click and copy the date filter so it would mess things up if you had 2 non consecutive sessions selected so at the moment you can only have one or the other.

If youd like to ditch right click "add date range to filters" for this then add it to the suggestions http://holdemmanager.uservoice.com/, ultimately wed like to have both but thats not something we can add in the short term
