View Full Version : Zoom 4 tables HUD (4th seat is broken)

Hello,

today i have experienced issue with "broken seats" - HUD showed player stats wrongly mixed beetween players
(my seat stats were for another player and my stats were shown on another playet etc..)

i managed to fix this with your FAQ advice - playing regular table and setting prefered seat.
Problem is when i play 4 tables zoom.. 3 tables are OKAY but 4th table gets mixed again.

Any idea how to fix this ?

The new Cloud build should have the chair icon for preferred seating on Zoom tables now - Hero / Villian HUD (http://www.proprofs.com/knowledgebase/view/?t=hero-villian-hud)

Open the web interface Settings menu (http://www.proprofs.com/knowledgebase/view/?t=menu-view-settings) and click the Clear HUD Settings... button > deselect all options except for 'Preferred seats' and click OK. Then open 1 zoom table and once the HUDs show click the chair icon in the HUD that appears next to your name. Once you open more tables they all should align properly.

I'm having a similar issue on FTP rush, the hud changes position every time, i've tried clicking the seat button but it doesn't do anything, also no hero stats are shown at all, everything is blank for my seat

I will ask one of our FTP testers to try and duplicate your reported problems.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. It used to work fine on Rush but not on Zoom so it would appear it broke some time after we fixed it for Zoom.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HC-332: FTP Rush: preffered seating can not be set

I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

The hero hud resetting issue is a known issue (HC-314) that we are investigating. When the hero HUD resets some/most of the villains HUDs will go blank to all dashes as well. Once the hero hud resets to 1 hand the villain HUDs will return but should not have reset like the hero.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach
