Hello,

I can not install HM 2 with my licence code. The date of purchase was 2009/04/20. I have downloaded the installer file from pokerstrategy.com and holdemmanager.com, but it does not work. It is a long time ago and I am not sure if the licence code is valid or expired or maybe if it is the appropriate licence to the current program issue.

After the failed activation I have followed the instruction on your website ( reset all profiles, delete the hm.lic file,
firefox proxy=off) but I have not any success.

This is for HM1 I assume?

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager and update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.02.exe
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold'em Manager.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your new Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Today I have license problem as well. I tried the fix, but it still says:
"A valid license could not be obtained for 'Holdem Manager'. Please contact Hold'em Manager for assistance."

Same poblem here!Cant even reset the licence key.I tryed everything but seems that the problem is with HM server or something.Im using HM1.

I just woke up and duplicated the problem. I am checking with the developers and waiting on a reply. This particular error would normally mean a proxy error but since there are multiple people here and me all duplicating it then it is likely a server issue. Once I have more info I will update this thread.

We had a temporary issue with our server which is now resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have not already done so please try running Holdem Manager again.

This is not resolved. I tried to delete my licences in "My Account", it didnt let me. I also deleted holdemanager.lic file in the Programdata/XHEO folder like was suggested in the FAQ, didnt even find holdemmanager.exe.ldat. Seems like absolutely NOTHING is working with your shitty software or site. Fix your shit. Im sending the logs now.

I'v done
Reset all profiles in my account
There is no holdemmanager.exe.ldat in holdem manager folder
Deleted C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic
Created LicDebug.txt in config folder
Reentered my key
Still the same problem

The HM1 registration server is down again. We are working on it but it may take a couple of hours until we can get this problem resolved for HM1. Once it is confirmed as resolved I will update this thread.
