Hello,

I play sng on Pokerstars, when i review my session i miss a lot of hands..

Today I uninstalled hm and pgadmin, reinstall with the new version 1.14.02, checked the HoldemManager Administrator rights but i still have the same problem. I use windows 7.

Any ideas ?

Please download the same version of postgresql that you have now from Download PostgreSQL | EnterpriseDB (http://www.enterprisedb.com/products-services-training/pgdownload#windows). Uninstall yours, and install this update.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

To import a portion you have to drill down into it further when doing the manual import and pick a day or month folder instead of the entire folder of all hands.

Try to configuring stars to save hands to a new folder such as C:\starshands and setup HM to auto import from this new folder. This will eliminate any possible permissions issues as the new folder you create will have full read/write permissions.

Are you using any software like tableninja that might be closing the tables you bust from before the hands are written to file on your computer?

So i uninstall everything and install again hm and postgresql, then configure a new folder to import my hands like u said, nothing changed !

And yes i use tableninja, i maked a test with tableninja and without but with or without i miss a lot of hands or worst some sng i can not see one hands that i played !

Any ideas ?

First of all if you're missing handhistories, email PokerStars support, and request all your handhistories.
If you import them, and nothing changes--> clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected).

Also in Settings--> General Settings--> turn on 'auto apply filter changes to all reports' and turn on 'clear filters does not clear date filter'. (and set the date filter to ALL DATES)

---

If your 'missing hands' do show up, we have to focus on why they were missing to begin with.
- set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)
-Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.**

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.**

**do the same for the PokerStars.exe file.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Turn off User Account Control: Turn User Account Control on or off - Microsoft Windows Help (http://windows.microsoft.com/is-is/windows-vista/turn-user-account-control-on-or-off)

(all these steps have to be taken, to ensure HoldemManager and PokerStars have super user administrator privileges on your computer, so whenever a hand has to be written to the handhistory file, it won't be blocked or delayed)

-In PokerStars: Settings--> Advanced Multi Table Options--> turn off auto-close tournament
-In TableNinja: make sure it's not auto-closing tables.

some sng i can not see one hands that i played !

Do you play these SNGs around midnight? Do they magically show up in reports the following day (after 24 hours), or when you set the date filter to YESTERDAY (even though you of course just played them TODAY)?

There could be a time import issue, check your time import adjustments: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/101/Options%7B47%7DHandImporting%7B47%7DSiteTimeAdjust ment
