Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

open dbcontrolpanel.exe and try creating a new database.

My operating system is vista and my antivirus and firewall are nod 32.

Iīve done what you said, but it gives me problems when I run with holdemmanager.exe as adminstrator, because i do not accept the license.

I tested with uninstall and reinstall the holdem manager but I get the same problem.

Vista is Updated to Service Pack 2?

Try to start HoldemManager in debugging mode:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

yes, I have service pack 2

the third step I can not do. the hm tells me:

Activate your software

In order to continue you must activate your license. Activation verifies that you are using a fully licensed version of Holdém Manager and are eligible for updates and support.

I pulse on activate online now and select pc1 or pc 2 and I do not do anything.
