Backing up database

Hi, i used database control pannel to create new database. Is it still possible to backup by opening postgresql admin and backing up in there?
I tryed using HEM backup under file, but it seemed to finish in about 10 seconds and the file was only 5mb, im not sure if it saves my hands in there, or just HEM configuartions. I did recently create new database though and prob only has about 12k hands in it, maybe that was why it was so quick?

12k hands is not a big database at all. Backing up your database saves hands and player notes but not things like HUD configurations. You can still backup by using PGAdmin - see this FAQ.
