I just followed the directions in the FAQ on how to do a manual vacuum since I've been datamining quite often the last 3 weeks or so.
All of a sudden, the "base" and "pg_log" folders are abnormally high.
PostgreSQL --> 8.2 ---> data ---> "base" (50.5Gig) and pg_log (28.6Gig)
Um...help? Not sure why all of a sudden those two folders are stupid big. FWIW, I was about to update to the latest version of HEM, hence the vacuum prior. Currently using 1.06.03b.
So if you guys can tell me either where I went wrong or what files I can get rid of to get it to a more managable size, I'd appreciate it!
TIA
