Notecaddy definitions i have in my Folder dont show up in the notecaddy software

Hi there,

after my last reset and reimporting of Notecaddy notes
i saw that a couple of stats in the popups only show a "-" as value even though i had good samplesizes of the opponents. so i wanted to check them out in the notecaddy software if there are errors in the definition. but i couldnt find the definitions, neither under the "active" definitions tab nor the "inactive" one.

then i unzipped the edge package file again and wanted to copy and paste the missing definitions in the
notecaddy definition folder only to find that they are already there.

i included 2 pictures with "betsize" definitions as an example

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking NoteCaddy or HM2. Also make sure your NC edge is up to date. If your license got cancelled then the definitions won't work anymore

i did download comodo firewall a couple of weeks ago.

i deinstalled it now and restarted the PC but i still cant see the definitions.

i wouldnt see why my notecaddy edge license should have been canceled
i also still see most of the notecaddy edge definitions

but i will ask the notecaddy edge guy if he knows anything

Deleting all your definitions from the definition folder and reinstalling NoteCaddy EDGE should fix it.

do i have to reset my notes for that?
it would be the third time doing this and it takes AGES reimporting them (about 100 hours running HEM)

You would, but you would anyway because the previous time you created them there were apparently definitions missing.

If it takes AGES creating notes, that must be because you use a insane amount of datamined hands. If you play fair it doesn't take AGES.

just playing Zoom for almost 2 years gives you a big db + not the best pc

Ah ok. You could consider setting a date filter in File-> Filters then. Don't think notes of 2 y/o hands are worth much, if anything at all.
