HEM not picking up turbo speed

HEM will not pick up the 45 man turbos' speed correctly.
It always displays them as Regular even though it is importing summaries from Stars correctly.
Seems like a bug.

Mention in the email HoldemManager wrongly categorizes/imports them as "regular speed".
