"Download Latest Coaching Packages" don't work

Yesterday evening I used the option "download latest coaching packages" inside HM2-Notecaddy-Help menu and it says that you will get packages via email in 30 minutes. However, still I could not receive them. I am a user of Notecaddy Edge and AJA packages. I have been using this option for many times and normally I was receiving packages in 2 minutes to my email. Is there a problem in the mailing service of NC?
