Notecaddy creating multiple notes for same note (RESOLVED)

I'm using notecaddy 2.5, trying to create note definitions that shows the shoving hand % (and range) of the player when he have 3.5-4.5BBs from BTN for example.

There problem is notecaddy is creating multiple notes for same note.

Seems like it was a bug on previous version of Notecaddy 2.5 since I install a recent (released today) version and it worked out correctly.
