The HUD is not launching either in the replayer or on the tables on Interops. It was working just fine earlier yesterday evening and then started to become an issue later in the evening and is occuring again today. I am using HEM 1 version 1.13.01 because this version works well on the sites that I play on.

FWIW I can see the table manager icon but when I click on it nothing happens.

I upgraded to the latest version. Now I cannot even get the replayer to launch when I double click on a selected hand.

I would suggest a clean reinstall:

1) Export any custom HUD configs individually, make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. If you have custom filters/reports/stats, just copy the entire \holdem manager folder before uninstalling.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall, Leftovers Uninstaller (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files. If you have Holdem Manager 2 installed do not delete any folders in C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager. If Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\HoldemManager.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

I tried that but now HEM is not even showing up in my list of things to uninstall. I selected start auto import and received this message. Any idea what this means?

Thanks. Now at least the replayer comes up. No stats though.

So basically it is back to the original problem of the HUD not launching, only now I am using HEM 1 version 1.14.02.

-Hud options--> player preferences--> use for tab
Try assigning a different HUD Configuration to the Replayer.
Then check if the HUD now shows.

-Try replaying a hand played at a different network.

download and import this PokerStars hand.
Do you get a HUD if you replay this hand?

-Create a new empty database, just as a test, and only import some recent hands.
Do you get a HUD if you replay these hands?

Another user had the same issue with HM2.

It can be caused if there is a corruption in your old HUD Configuration.
I'd suggest to either use (and tweak) a different HUD Configuration, or create a new one, and basically re-create your old HUD.
