Speed of definition depending on how its defined?

Hey,

was just wondering if there is any difference whether you filter position in preflop tab and just leave it unfiltered in action sequence, or it is better to make action filtered to position?

To my logic it should be by preflop tab, but I'm wondering if there is any difference whatsoever?

The difference would be so marginal you would almost certainly not notice it. Define it in the sequence as it may be .0001% faster :)
