BB effective taking into account ante ?

Seems like NC calc ante in addition to BB.
For example:

blinds 50/100/10 (SB\BB\Anter) it would calculate the BB according to 110 instead of 100.

Any thoughts?

I believe NC does not count the ante as part of the big blind. If you have some hand/definition example please feel free to post it
