Неработает ХМ2

Запустил сегодня ХМ2 выдаёт окошко об ошибке и просит указать эмейл. Я указал и отправил ответа пока нет.

Только у меня такая проблема? Как её устранить и сколько ждать ответа и будет ли он на эмейл после моей отправки ошибки?

Во-первых, версия ХМ в логе указана уже старая (8061) - а на текущий момент версия должна быть 8079.
Неаварийно, но все же обнови ХМ.

Далее:
В логе имеется несколько почти одинаковых сообщений об ошибке, такого типа:
[General] System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Отказано в доступе по пути "C:\Documents and Settings\Андрей\Application Data\HoldemManager\HoldemManager.hml".

А это может быть вызвано
- или происками антивируса
- или нехваткой прав доступа пользователя Виндовс на файлы и папки

Так что: для начала попробуй деинсталлировать антивирус. Кто он, кстати? Простого отключения защиты - может не хватить.

И, кроме того:
я обнаружил в списке автоимпорта вот это
auto import folder=C:\Program Files\День Победы 3\history

не покер это. Удали строку

Он у меня раньше давал доступ проблем не было.

Я опять почистил комп Клинером, когдато я тоже почистил им и у меня потерялась база данных на ХМ может он что-то чистит нужное?

Step 3: Update Windows

Проблема в том что я незнаю английский язык а переводчик переведёт криво такой текст можно в двух словах пояснить что делать?

1) Прекратить пользоваться CCleaner
потому что он именно что удаляет из реестра нужные записи

2) В присланном ответе пишется (в п. 5), что надо внести в исключения антивируса несколько файлов и папок.

Неполучается у меня. Антивипус удалил. В права на папки внёс Пострилжи. Непомгает(. Как обновить незнаю он ведь незапускается, выдаёт это окно об ошибке. Кстате после того как выдаёт окно об ошибке загружает базу рук, но программу неоткрывает.

Подскажите что можно ещё сделать?

Стоял антивирус Microsoft Security Essentials я его удалил, после всё равно выдоёт при запуске ХМ ошибку.

Ответ прислали на английском я пытался разобраться через переводчик переводит очень коряво. Тем более у меня Виндовс ХР а там пример с другого виндовса разные оболочки.

По шагу первому я пробовал следовать по инстркции, но так и непонял как в конце восстановить настройки по умолчанию. Когда дохожу до досовского окошка вконце Restore Setting выдаёт 3 варианта yes, no, all.

Если я жму y или n то опять выдаёт туже строку с вопросом. Если пишу аll то командная строка спускается на строчку и моргает что дальше там писать незнаю.

Пробовал как показано в шаге 6 дать права постреджи. Вроде забил как там указано но непомогает. Но у меня совсем там другие оболочки и всё точно сделать с плохим знанием английского языка сложно.

Чтоб невбивать ничего в антивирус я его просто пока удалил но всё равно непомогло.

Подскажите пожалуйста у меня система виндовс ХР как именно в ней правильно дать права пользователя и какому пользователю, как узнать от имени какого пользователя запускается ХМ?

В случае xp требования насчет запуска "от админа" - неактуальны.
Просто потому, что в xp нет такого функционала.
А вот что должно быть обеспечено - это чтобы сам пользователь, под которым запущена Виндовс, имел права администратора.
Панель управления - Локальные пользователи и группы - там убедиться.

При запуске копьютера появляется табличка что пользователь Андрей. Я зашол в панель управления в виндовсе ХР своём там есть папка администрирование. В ней папка управление компьютером, и там папка локальные пользователи. Я посмотрел права пользователя Андрей и там указано что он член группы администраторов. А у этой группы вроде полный перечень прав.

Получается что вроде права есть.

Возможно когда чистил клинером он чтото удалил с папок ХМ и терь он лагает? Может можно както переустановить его? Причом после окошка об ошибке он начинает грузить базу рук грузит её но дальше незапускается.

Удалить папку с его рабочими файлами

Скачать полный инсталлятор, разблокировать файл (Правый клик - свойства)
и запустить
ничего не менять в ходе установки, согласиться со всем, что ХМ предложит

Я рабочие файлы неудалил а скинул в карзину старого ХМ. А как-то можно оттуда вытащить старую базу данных и выводимую на стол сам статистику чтоб заново невспоминать и неделать?

А базу данных надо бы создать новую.

После автоимпорта ХМ перемещает оригиналы файлов историй в архив.
Путь по умолчанию:
для ХМ2 = C:/hm2archive
Оттуда методом Hand importing - Manual import - Import folder и надо импортить истории в новую базу данных.
Но ни в коем случае НЕ автоимпортом!
