Is there anyway to quickly show a certain note on a play if you are deep in a tournament? For instanced, if im at the final table of a large MTT, is there a way of showing how many times I 3bet villain without having to permanently have to add that note for every1 in my database?

Sorry there is no way to add a note for just a single player
