Hi,

I just got this mouse from the FT store but i cant get TN to recognize all the buttons. I've tried evrything i think... changing the buttons, associating the mouse buttons to keyboard buttons, creating macros (which is pretty much associating the mouse buttons with the ones in the keyboard:P) and i get the mouse to hit the assigned keyboard keys but nothing happens while playing i dont know what else to do.

Anyone with this problem? Any ideas?

Try disabling UAC according to the following instructions:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/30/Turning+Off+UAC+(Windows+7)

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/29/Turning+Off+UAC+(Vista)

It this doesn't work try removing/reinstalling the software that controls the mouse.

Are you able to assign keyboard keys to any hotkey in TableNinja? If so your mouse hotkeys are likely being blocked by a firewall/antivirus. Try removing/reinstalling any security programs and see if the problem remains.

The tried out the antivirus thing and yet doesnt work...It works with keyboard hotkeys and some of the keys from the mouse work too (4-5)

I'm not sure as the names I get on skype rarely match the forums names people use. Most of the time this is caused by having UAC enabled. Have you tried disabling it? Instructions for doing so can be found here:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/30/Turning+Off+UAC+(Windows+7)

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/29/Turning+Off+UAC+(Vista)

I have disabled UAC. Initially, I thought that it was bcause the extra mouse buttons by default had no function. So I downloaded 'setpoint' and had to assign the extra buttons a funtion. I had to do a macro for each one bcause setpoint for whatever reason won't let you assign single keys w/out making a macro. Well, this worked for some of the buttons perfectly. Then on two of the buttons I used one of the brackets, and the (-). I used them for 'check' and 'call'. Well, when i try to used those buttons for their respective function it just folds. The thing that worked was using the 'Click Buttons By Location' which is fine, but i'm confused why it wouldn't work when i assigned them by 'Smart Action Hotkeys'

Setpoint will usually solve any assignment problems. Are you able to use the hotkeys for other functions in TableNinja? If the click by location hotkeys work but the smart action hotkeys don't I would guess your using a custom table theme. Is this the case? If so try removing it and see if the problem remains.

If I remember right there is one supported Full Tilt mod on TiltBusters.com at the moment. BarNuttin has said that most of thier mods can be made compatible though. Make sure to message the themes designer before purchasing.

Did you finally solve this? G4 and G5 have always worked for me, g6-g10 wont work even if I create a macro for them (and the macro itself works, but tableninja does nothing).

I'm afraid we do not support mice or other peripherials. You should be able to use any mouse though provided you can set its buttons to keyboard keystokes using something like logitech setpoint.
