Hi, I can't get this to work. I do a manual import of the files from a manual export from HM2. HM Cloud says:

"Uploaded successfully.

Your bulk hand import has been queued. Please check the Activity Messages page for status."

But when I check under the Activity Messages there is nothing and I can't change hero as it says I need to do a import.

Win 8.1
HM Cloud 1.0.409.0
IE, Firefox, Chrome

We are aware of this problem and are looking in to it now. It appears it is related to the new login changes we made for the remember me and facebook login. I will update this thread once we have confirmed it is fixed.

The manual import should be working now. Any hands you attempted to import previously will need to be uploaded again.

I don't like to open similar threads, so I post here.
When I drag the hands on the "import hands" dotted window , I have no more "+" symbol as before.
I have a circle with a line above it instead.
As a result, I have no possibilities to import hands.
Usually what are most common reasons for that ? This problem showed up suddenly I can't figure why.

I can not duplicate this. It seems to be working fine for me. Have you tried to zip the folder/files you are trying to import and then use the Choose File button to find/import the zipped hands that way?

Regarding the zip tip I just tried it and it solved my needs.

Great. It makes the upload go faster too. I always zip before uploading/importing larger samples.

I have not heard any other reports of people having problems with the drag and drop importing yet but if we get more reports of it we will definitely bring it to the attention of the developers.
