Hello guys,

windows 7 SP1 is out and i failed to update due to some errors.
i had to roll back and HM doesnt seem to like it.

I have an "sorttbls.nlp error" now.
it is related to microsoft framenetwork.

Do you guys have an exact idea of how we fix this.

i'm under win 7
quad core Q6600
i've been running HM since 2008 without major problems/

Good day

reinstall microsoft .net framework:

1) download and run this uninstaller -
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) install this one:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

Thank you for the quick answer,

this is ugly here, after the uninstall with the clean up tools.
it's unpossible to ..install the 3.5 version again.
the installation just stop.

with windows update we can see the 4.0 version of netframework but HM need the 3.5 i think.

Try installing 4.0.
Try running the cleanup tool again.

If they all fail (and 3.5 won't install properly) reinstall Windows.

The only think left we can try is a HM reinstallation:

Please uninstall HEM using Revo Uninstaller: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+

After completion please reboot your computer and download and install the full installer from our homepage. Please make sure that the postgresql option is disabled during the installation.

ok

trying this since it's impossible to havec a clean uninstall of netframework 2.0
event with the cleaning tool.

[02/26/11,10:47:24] Install state for .NET Framework 2.0: installed with service pack 2.

OK

still not good even with revo and a complete reinstall of HM.

I'm out of ideas.
We can try a remote session but i'm not sure whether the colleagues find something: Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.

cdburnerxp and intel storage software suffer from the same problems/symptoms coming from netframework malfunction.

on cdburnerxp forum we find this :"

Since CDBurnerXP 4, we use the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 as basis for our application."

i have now used the cleanup tool many times and decide on a complete
sfc /scannow,,,,,,still no dice.

i'm upset and going to remove netframework 2.0 from the registery ...manually now.
