Manager says i have trial but i bought it???

Hi I bought holdem manager at the beginning of september or end of august. I tried to open it today and it said "0 of 15 days remaining of trial" and asked me if i wanted to buy it.

Does anyone know what's happening and how to fix it? I don't have any contact info for the support. I have emailed before but erased alot of old emails recently.
