Questions regarding some HUD CB Turn, limp-call

I have 4 quick questions:

what is the CB Turn stat exactly? Is that equal to double barrel or will a checked flop, bet turn also count?
the limp-call stat: is that openlimped only, or do overlimps also count?
is there any way to get a limp-fold or limp-reraise stat in the HUD?
is there any way to get "folds big OR small blind to raise" in the HUD?
