Are action sequences on images identical?

As I think, they should be identical by the rule: "Checks and calls are ignored by default but bets and raises aren't". But testing has shown that the first sequence includes 3Bet Pots. Please say, why? Sorry, if the question is very elementary.

You didn't check "Player's final Action this street". Check this and you will get your single-raised hands. By not checking this there may be 3bets and Calls afterwards.
