Poker Stars, Importing but no Reports in CAP tables

Hi, I play in PokerStars
I have 2 days with this problem and I cant find the solution
The thing is that, when I play limit tables, there is no problem, the HUD is working perfect and the Reports in HEM works perfectly, importing all hands. The problem is that when I play CAP tables the HUD also works perfectly and imports all hands, but I cant see the hands in my HEM, no reports no sessions and no graphs, this is to rare

-I all ready try it in another database
-No filters at all
-I try with another version of HEM
-All ready desinstall and install again

and no solution to my problem, pleaseeeeee I need help

Please clear your filters (Filters->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.

ok my problem is solved
wow, 2 days only because of this, lol the thing is that I see no filters so thats why I think is was ok
