My ongame (betsafe) client crashed during a hand. I was able to restart ongame in time to complete the hand, but HEM missed the hand.

It is a significant hand so I want to be able to get it imported. I tried to just copy/past the ongame hh to a txt file, but HEM wouldn't import it.

This is a screenshot of the hh.

Certain information seems to be missing?
Such as the line where it states what your holecards are at the beginning of the handhistory file.

If you edit the hand formatting so it fully looks like a default Ongame hand, HM should import it without errors.

aghhhh,

It looks like if you click the "hand history" window in ongame, it displays the hand history in a much different format than when it saves it locally. Is there any other solution? I dont know how to format it perfectly to look like an ongame hand.

You should contact Ongame support to send you the handhistory.

Another solution might be to use a similar handhistory from your local handhistory files, open it in a texteditor like notepad and change it to the hand you are missing and import this file.

there is a converter on Welcome to Handbooster (http://handbooster.com/tools/HandConverter.aspx)

input: pokernetwork.co.uk style hh
output: hm readable hh
