Did you post a similar question on 2+2 recently?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager's HUD so they could be causing problems with the download as well.

Please delete any incomplete downloads.

Please clear your web cache - 14 Ways to Clear Your Browser's Cache - wikiHow (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache)

Try to download it again but use the right-click > save link as... command and pick a new/different folder to download it to.

If you continue to have problems let me know and I can upload the installer to dropbox and PM you a link to see if that helps.

Nah man, but tnx 4 asking.

Im using Win7 Ultimate, Windows Firewall and avast! Free Antivirus.

After reading your answer i was guessing the problem was with antivirus, so i turned it off. (maybe i should delete it?) Then i deleted downloads, cleared cache and tried to download & install it again but the problem is still the same...

Fixed...a friend of mine downloaded it on his pc and gave me the file on usb... working good now :)

Except...there are some weird graphical changes...

edit: HUDs arent working either... Hands are importing normal tho...

Is all this just cuz of this (free) avast! antivirus?

If i upgrade to HM2 i wont have this problems anymore?

Those graphics problems are not because of Avast but the HUD issues may be.

For the graphics issues: Change your DPI Scaling to 96/Normal - Windows Vista DPI scaling: my Vista is bigger than your Vista | istartedsomething (http://www.istartedsomething.com/20061211/vista-dpi-scaling/)

For the HUD issue:

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.01_14Feb2014.exe
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/275/Windows+Firewall+%7B47%7D+Defender+Problems
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows (http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/)
