registration key invalid

I dont know where to post this so I post this here.

My key doesnt work anymore.
My firewall blocked a proces during the startup/login of HeM because I clicked block this proces (incidental). Now when I rebooted and started HeM it said invalid key.

Can you guys help me with a new key bindo_(at)hotm....com login: azraetti

my log says something:

"Could not validate license "Professional Edition (PRO-zzzz-X129E-xxxx-yyyy)" in HoldemManager.
An unexpected error occurred while validating.
Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1).
c:\Documents and Settings\XY\Local Settings\Temp\uvbjosqp.dll' -- 'Could not execute CVTRES.EXE.' "


but what is cvtres.exe??????? i didnt find it in the HEM folder. (I blocked it with firewall , but after this issue I disabled the firewall and still doesnt working)
