How to import ongame hands manually?

so we all know ongame software and HEM import have issues, so i started to open up any all in hands (which are often the ones not saved) in my browser to import them manually

question: what do i have to do? just copy and paste the info into a .txt and import from folder?
do i have to reformat anything?
so far i exported a ongame hand from HEM, pasted the hand info, reformated it to look like an exported one but when trying to import HEM always marked it as duplicate
do i have to change the name of the txt (presumably the game #)??

when i format my hhs in exactly the same i still get an import error
