Cant import FTP downloaded hands

i have an option for FTP to send me recent hand histories. I lost all my hand histories from yesterday so i had FTP send them to me. Ive never had a problem importing their text files but Im not operating the latest version of HEM on a new computer and theyre not importing. Theyre are 2300ish hands and im getting 2300ish import errors with no hands actually imported. Any advice?

now it also seems that even auto import is missing quite a few hands. Probably only importing 70% or so.

Please try creating a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and if that dosent work then email me morny@holdemmanager.net with the HH files

hey morny thanks for your help. Creating a new database worked and i was able to import the downloaded hands. Last night i played and auto import worked fine but today some hands are importing however im getting a few import errors. What can i do to figure out whats wrong?

do i get the hh's from the processed folder?

yeah or they may still be in the auto import folders (i.e the place the site originally saves the HH to)
