Problem happens a few times a day especially when having 9+ tables open.
I thought it was a site issue (still think there is a chance it is) But after emailing with their support they said it was something on holdem managers side.

Here is what they said.
I am e-mailing to inform you that the respective department has advised you to disable the HUD software you are using and try again as this may be the cause of the issues you are experiencing.

Is this a known issue you have heard of before? I haven't tried playing without it because I don't want to wait around all day for the error to occur, As it happens sporadically.

Not sure if this helps but here is a screen shot I took when it happened.135752

We don't officially support this site so it is not something we would fix if it were in fact a problem with HM1.

You can try this to see if it might help:

1 - Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/362/HowToUpdateYourGraphicsCardDriver
2 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
3 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Support + Downloads: SetPoint - Logitech (http://www.logitech.com/en-us/584/3131)
4 - Enable desktop composition - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2521/How+to+Enable+Desktop+Composition+in+Windows+7+and +Vista
5 - Change your Windows theme to an Aero theme - Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Change the theme > Aero Themes > Windows 7 or similar
