Apologies for taking public forum space with this request. Unfortunately I haven't gotten a response from the same request a few days ago made via the contact form (http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/sendmessage.php). Perhaps that's not a good way to communicate.

When I evaled HEM I thought it was running really slow on my computer. It turns out the culprit was actually some other software that was running at the same time. I would like to do another 7-day eval now that I don't have that issue slowing things down.

I'd be happy to provide more technical details on request.

Unfortunately we cannot extend the trial as a 3rd party company controls the software that runs this. Very sorry i couldnt be more help but if you do buy you can contact us here to sort out any problems if you do have any

HM has an awesome support team. My experiences with HM's support have all been excellent. They will help with anything.
