Full tilt importing doesnt work

Hi there,

Running Windows 7, UAC is off.

I cant get it to work. The hands are in the files they should be, its just importing them into the database doesnt work. Even when i do it manually it says there 0 files to import. While i clearly i have the HHs.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

English wasnt the problem, i did check that. However , updating helped. Stupid, i should have thought of that.

After i had a bit of a problem with the HUD, but fixed that with tablefinder (i found this solution in your FAQ).

No problem. It is a common issue as we haven't updated the HM1 update links on our downloads page in a long time. We plan to push a new/final HM1 release in the near future so all the latest fixes will be on our downloads page.
