Hi,

After running the trial version I decided to buy it since everything was just perfect.

Now, I spent the whole day trying to have HEM working and nothing happens, I tried everything posted in the forum, re-install, using renovo to uninstall then reinstall, update to last beta, restart, restart and restart... and all the stuff I could read from admin on the forum...

So, I don't have any clue on what's going on and I spent the entire day on the forum instead of grinding (as monday is my day off), I'd like to arrange a teamviewer session in order to get it to work properly.

Here are the problems :

Import won't start (wherever the HH folder is located)
Graph won't show up : "an error occurred blabla"

Thanks for your help

I was on tilt on the upper post but I was really annoyed after trying to find a solution for almost 24 hours... :o

I'm going to try to be more specific with this post

My version is 1.11.06a, downloaded through this link http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

1. Import doesn't work, it just doesn't load anything, process won't start. I tried to move HH to different folders, nothing happens.

2. I still have access to the hands played prior to buying HEM but when I want to see the graph, here is what it shows :

Thing is, trial was working perfectly and I don't understand why there is a difference now.

Thanks

ps : after entering the serial, I noticed HEM says "unregistered version" at opening. If we could fix this as well, so it won't say "expired" in 15 days

Did you install 2 HM versions in 2 different folders?

The trial and the registered version are the same software so there should be no differences.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.06a http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work

Are you still getting error messages like the one you posted?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? Try uninstalling any 3rd party security software bundles and restart your pc.

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

If none of that helps, I would suggest a clean reinstall:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

If none of that works please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Make sure you answer those questions I asked and linked to. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.com/teamviewer Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you. I schedule support from 9:00 - 18:00 EST, 7 days a week.
