request: use '--' instead of '-' in hud when no data for stat

hi,

i use 'cap% to 99%' in combination with 'always use two digits for percentages'
this makes my HUD look nice and neat.

one thing that makes it looks worse is the fact HM2 use '-' in the HUD when there is no input for the stat.
This happens very much versus players with not too many hands i played against them.
When you would make it look like this '--' its also two digits and looks the same as my 0 (00) or 100 (99) and the rows and colums in my HUD look great again
Can you please make this an option?
