Hands are loading slow

For some reasons HM is working fine, but loading the hands really slow. And with that I mean like 5 mins for the "last 500". I have tried a vacuum, reindexing etc as stated, but this doesnt help.

I think it all started after I imported an old database or after purging some irrelevant hands.

Any known issues/solutions?

Try a new database without those hands, does it still do it?

Please duplicate the issue.

Open Control Panel - System - Administrative Tools - Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.

Check for any errors and send the information by saving the error. They should be right at the top. We need errors, not information.

Please send a log file as well.
