After i finished my session the ipoker software showed i played 490 hands while holdem manager imported only 360.
I cleared all filters and also used the appropriate time filter.
Also the reports sections shows some hands twice.

Something clearly is wrong.

Are you playing their speed poker?

No , regular ones. Just played another 400 hands , only 300 recorded. The money won seems to be accurate though.

Uninstall the ipoker client and reinstall it. Right-click the setup file and run it as admin when installing it.

Make sure you add the necessary files to your exceptions lists and have the active player set to just your ipoker nickname, not an alias or other name.

If you still have issues try requesting the files as shown in my previous link and see if it finds any new hands when importing them.

If that doesn't help please try importing the original hands from your archive folder to a new database. We want to be sure your current database isn't damaged since I recall you having threads recently about problems restoring a database.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the original problem hand histories from your archive folder, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com
