Hi,

I've had recently some major problems with HEM and Ladbrokes (Prima). It had been working fine until recently when first the HUD stopped working and now HEM isn't even importing any hands.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using?
Holdem Manager 1.06.04 rc 10

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
Ladbrokes (Prima). I also tried playing on Cryptology and was able to import hands but the HUD still didn't work.

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes.

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
No.

6) Have You Tried the Table Manager and did it work?
Table manager shows the tables currently open but no data is logged (it shows 0/6 players for all tables).

Thanks for the detailed info, can you please try a new database and if that dosent fix the problem email me morny@holdemmanager.net and well setup a teamviewer session to look for a solution

After a quick test it seems that using a new database solves the problem. How should I proceed if I would like to also use data from the currently non-working database?

You have to reimport your hands from your original HHs.

If you don't have it. You can try to extract your hands from your corrupted DB: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173, this will recreate HHs.
