Buying SNGWiz1 app, get free upgrade to SNGWiz2?

I saw the answer in another thread that the standalone version would get a free upgrade to SNG Wizard 2.

If I buy the HM2 app of SNG Wizard, will I get a free upgrade to 2 when it is released?

Also, if I buy the HM2 app version, can I also use the standalone version?
