View Full Version : No Hands Saved...Please Help

Hi,
I just got HM Tuesday.
I'm a MTT player.

I play on UB and during my session HUD was showing all stats.
After Wednesdays session I went to Touney>Hands, and there are no hands displayed from my Wednesay's session. There are hands from when I was using the free trial.
I am running 1.06.04 rc9.

As a test I also tried a cash table, and there are no Hands from that either.

This is very upsetting since I marked many hands to go over today.

Is that in correlation with the recent UB upgrade (CEREUS)?

If yes, see this thread to configure your UB and tell me if it works.

I configured it originally after reading that thread.

The HUD works but doesn't save any hands.

Please ensure your looking in the correct TAB i.e Tourney not cash and also that all your filters are clearedhttp://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=129

If that dosent work please export your hands from the current database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173 and then create a new database and reimport then into that and try again http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

Exporting and Importing New DB worked.
