Hi,

When I click "Start Auto Import", it says:

"Auto update did not find any new files..."
"Trying again in 5 seconds..."

And when going in to table manager no tables are found.

I'm using VISTA

I followed through all the steps at:
http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewtopic.aspx?topicid=43
(I play on Prima) and it still doesn't work.

Sometimes it comes up under "importing progress" for like a second:

"Found 1 files to process."
"Files imported: 1 of 1 Estimated time remaining: less than 1 minute"
"Hands imported: 1 hands/s: 1.2/s"
"Duplicate hands: 0"
"Import errors: 0"

and then goes back to ( as mentioned in the first post):

"Auto update did not find any new files..."
"Trying again in 5 seconds..."

(Also if I press up the table manager window where there are no tables appearing. If I go in under tables > then Table finder. There some tables is occuring. I've also tried to press them but nothing happens/use the red square.)

What should I do next? =/

Can you try uninstalling both Gnuff and Holdem Manager and then reinstall them both and try again and let me know if the problem persists

If you don't see the table manager then you are probably not running HM as administrator.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54
