As i mentioned in the title above i have some problems with HM1.
Holdem manager was running a few days ago, but now, maybe after installing Avira on my Laptop ist doesnt work anymore, it allways says "there are issues with ur license? i ran HM as an admin.

I tryed an logged in on the HM website in "my account" to reset my serial but, in my acc. i cant see any transactions or license keys, what ist the problem there?

I read in the window wich appeared when i was trying to start HM that Avira could block HM?

Would be nice if u could help me asap so i can use my HM again.

I did the update just now. Problem is still there.
Im using Windows 8.1 and the firewall is that one from Avira Antivirus!? I had a look at the settings there but couldnt find anything where i could change things that causes this problem.

Why cant i reset my licensecode on ur webpage? I cant even see the products i purchased?

Moved the thread to the HM1 forum.

The problem is caused by the Win 8.1 update.

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager and Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_10Oct2013.exe
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold'em Manager.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Have you tried uploading your code to your account? If you bought it before we automated the store you need to upload it.

If you lost the code and purchased it through a reseller or coaching site then please contact them directly to receive your code. If you may have used an alternate email address, please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com with any possible alternate email addresses.
