View Full Version : Auto-Import of Prima isn't working

For some reason, it won't import the hands to my database. When I press the "Cash" section, it says "No hands found". Weird thing is, that if I press Tournament, it will display various hands from tournaments played this year.

So when I press Site Setup, it will have a yellow triangle on the Microgaming section. I have added the folder "C:\Microgaming\Poker\unibetpokerMPP + subfolders"....

Anyone have some advice on these matters? It's driving me crazy, that I can't see the reports at all.

Ok, so I searched some more threads here, and found the solution which was the language setting. So I see now all my hands are stored locally, but for some reason I can't seem to export them to .txt files and import to HEM2. It seems like HEM2 can't read the format.

Any suggestions how I can get them imported to HEM2?

You exported the hands from the Prima client right?
(or requested the hands from Prima support)

This is a known issue, (HM2 not being able to import this format), HM-6306 - I've added your email address to the bug ticket, so you'll be automatically notified when it is fixed

I have the same problem. Import of hands has stopped working on unibet for like 10 days now. Before it used to work fine. It was not due to an update of HM that it stopped work, it was just like suddently.

Microgaming made a new update today, and the import stopped working again :(

I cannot reproduce this.

What is your antivirus and firewall? What kind of hands are these? Do they import manually?

Move the c:\microgaming\sitename\pokermpp\gamehistory.dat file to your desktop.

Manually import that file.

Close your poker client.

Reopen to create a new gamehistory file.

Try now.

My antivirus/firewall is Avast.

It is cash games hands, 6 max and HU (not anonymous)

No hands are being imported since the update, and the table manager can't find the tables.

I have tryed moving the gamehistory file to my desktop and closed the poker client, but that didn't work either.

Do the hands import into a new empty database?
Email us your gamehistory.file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

Nope, they don't import into a new empty database like before. I have sent the gamehistory file now.

Was it you that I just replied to via email that solved this by uninstalling Avast?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Can you update XP to SP3: Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
Reboot. Install all the new .net framework updates (repeat this process, until they're all installed)

try creating a new database and see if they import.

Please create a new database.

1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)

2) Click the green + sign

3) Name it, click ok.

4) Import the hands from c:\hm2archive using the hand importing function on the ribbon, not the import from database in the database manager.
